Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please fill out the fields above with your order number and email to begin the return process. Please note, used or worn products will not be accepted for a return/exchange. No exceptions.

Return shipping will be taken out of your refund.

Exchange Policy:

When filling out your request, please provide the style, color and size you wish to receive as an exchange. Once your return has arrived in our warehouse, an exchange order will be issued.

Please note some products in specific colors/sizes are in high demand and we cannot guarantee we will have stock. The quicker you can get your return in the mail for an exchange the better -  if we happen to run out of stock of the specific style/color/size you have requested, a refund will be issued instead.

Fine print: 

Damaged items due to washing, wearing and/or user error such as rips, snags, drawstring issues, etc is NOT covered under warranty.

Defective items such as arrives with blemish, defect in seams, holes, noticeable issues MUST be reported to us (goodvibegainz@gmail.com) with a picture of the issue within 24 hours of the package being delivered. Any defects reported after this date will not be approved.
